利用简单的绳索系统在平缓的山坡和陡峭的悬崖等来运送人员的金标准。同时也包括了抢救，保护，救出伤员。

课程的目标是标准技术绳救援培训。它是必备的技巧，但并不需要有这方面的经验作为前提，因为我们先从低角度技能和简单的逻辑步骤开始，之后逐步向高角度技能，包括溜索和镜像的绳索系统研究进展。我们循序渐进的方式，结合大量的动手练习时间，很容易学习和掌握这些技能。学员从基本、 低空营救援推到更多高空的案例。

课程中涉及的知识和技能包括了所有与激流、 冰层表面、 密闭的空间、 海沟、 洞穴和轻型结构倒塌等相关救援原则。

达到并超过 NFPA 1670 技术员标准，以及 NFPA 1006 章 6 级 1 和 2 级绳索抢救标准。

This course is the gold standard to prepare personnel to utilise simple rope systems for moving people and equipment on gentle slopes and steeper cliffs and structures. The curriculum also includes patient rescue, packaging and extrication.

This course sets the standard for technical rope rescue training. It is intense and demanding, but no prior rope experience is required because we begin with low angle skills and progress in simple, logical steps to high angle skills including tyroleans and mirrored rope systems. Our step-by-step approach combined with lots of hands-on practice time makes it easy to learn and retain these skills. Participants advance from basic, over-the-bank rescues to progressively more vertical scenarios.

The skills and knowledge covered in this course are relevant for all other technical rescue disciplines including swiftwater, surface ice, confined space, trench, cave and light structural collapse.

This course meets and exceeds NFPA 1670 Technician standards, as well as NFPA 1006 Chapter 6 Level 1 and 2 Rope Rescue standards.

Insight adventures Founder, More than 20 years outdoor education experience, Si has a passion for the outdoors and all types of wilderness activities. He grew up in New Zealand, so his "get away from it" playground was the natural environments and beautiful landscapes that it had to offer. From mountaineering the peaks to caving the depths and all things in between such as hiking, biking, kayaking and climbing, he feels at home in the wilderness. He has an almost in-containable enthusiasm for learning new things.

Once he lived among the legions of the corporate environment, Si swapped his office for an outdoor workspace that he shares with the world. He loves new experiences about the outdoors and is enthusiastic to accompany all those who venture and wander. He thrives when he is teaching others to help them explore their comfort zones boundaries, enhance their abilities and explore their own new experiences.

J Brett Turnbull is a Rescue 3 Instructor for water and rope courses. Brett prides himself on being an instructor that can work with students of varied experience and backgrounds to deliver courses that do more than teach rescue techniques and rope systems they emphases on risk mitigation, preplanning and skills relevant to the students.

Brett is an avid outdoorsman and whitewater rafter who has ran rivers on four continents. Through his international work and travel he has accumulated a wide range of operational field experience. He is a Level Two Technician in the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association. He is trained as a Wilderness First Responder by the Wilderness Medical Society. In 2011 he was certified as a Competent Person for the inspection of PPE for work at height and Mountaineering by Petzls V.axess Institute. Brett is also pursuing a degree in Technical Rescue Instruction from the University of Central Lancashire.
